Kartagener is a INEPT atty -- A LIAR and FRAUD! MISREPRESENTS to the Court. Ask Judges Colin & Burton in Palm Beach County, FL... BILLS & BILLS --- Lies to her clients. Does NOT disclose CONFLICTS! A TERRIBLE ATTY - NEVER PREPARED!!!

PLEADINGS AND MOTIONS ALL FALSE! A DISGRACE TO THE BAR.... A Bar Complaint has been lodged against Kartagener. Civil Suits for Professional Malpractice and "RICO" to be filed shortly.....

BEWARE!!! Stole ALL the Money from her client and her kids - leaving them destitute and homeless!!!

This bar compalint was DISMISSED, resolved. The complaint was found to actually favor Carol Kartagener and her firm Weiss Handler. The Florida Bar found no violations,closed the file, case over
Mr Anonymous is more than likely the husband that Weiss Handler got judgements against on behalf of his wife and children
These false claims by Mr Anonynous are just that, FALSE. All of these so called suits being brought forward are frivolous just as the bar complaint was, case was closed, the complaint actually shed light favorably on honorable Weiss Handler as it should.
Carol Kartagener and the entire firm at Weiss Handler will be praised for their professionalism, integrity, great ethics and their dedication for working hard for their clients. Very difficult in this day and age to find an attorney and law firm that has the credibilty and dedication that Carol Kartagener and Weiss Handler maintains throughout the years, and rightfully merited. HENRY HANDLER, HOWARD WEISS, WEISS HANDLER ANGELOS&CORNWELL.

Weiss Handler happens to be one of the most prestigious law firms in the state Of Florida, and perhaps in the entire country. This firm is top of the list when it comes to civil litigation, corporate law, family law, real estate. No one has the credibility and the knowledge that this firm posesses. I think whomever is posting these falsehoods is probably someone that doesnt know first hand how honorable these people are that make up the fine team of lawyers of Weiss Handler. No one gave this firm the status they HAVE, NO, they earned their position by being the best at what they do, and by being above board honest and fair. Its no wonder that this firm is esteemed by high ranking officials nationwide.
