Paid first, last and security - Landlord stating last month wasn't paid and is charging $300.00 per day late fee. Landlord filed lawsuit for 9300.00 and now decided that she is going to sue for damages -there were none, we have photos showing the house was left in perfect condition. She demanded cash only and refused to take a check, money order or cashiers check stating she needed she had to hide the funds from her ex-husband.
She has done this to other tenants and is suing everyone she can for money including her ex husbands children for their money he left them that she believes she deserves.
She is a liar, a thief and has caused great harm and damage to everyone around her.
