I received your mail and the application..I have filed your application in the lease..Yes my house is pending sale..I intend to sell the house before i left to Atlanta Georgia but no one as make inquiry to purchase and my husband advice me not to sell the house any more rather rent it out to new tenant..Once you move in..I will remove it off the market till your lease expire.
I understand in your application you want to move in July 1st.I have prepare the lease agreement papers ready with the keys to be ship to your address in the application once i confirm your payment.


You will have to secure the deposit now so that I can ship the keys and lease papers and when you move in July 1st.You pay the first month rent.
