(None) The Scammer is using cox.net

I have got 2 emails that say the same thing about wanting me to send them my password.
From: COX To: (and that is all that is addresed to,no body)
Subject: Send us your password.

1st e-mail said "send us your password (this was sent to me on 5/21/2010
Please provide your details for our the storage limit which is 10GB as set by your administrator immediately provide Your Dear webmail.cox.net Subscriber, To verify your webmail.cox.net , you must reply to this email immediately provide the information below correctly: Failure to do this your cox.net account will be closed paswrd!.

The 2nd e-mail sent on 5/6/2010 from the scamer is using )From: COX To: :
Below is what the 2nd e-mai said.l

I called cox.net tech support and they verified that these 2 e-mails are not sent by them.
