International Resort Sellers

We have a contract with International Resort Sellers to sell our 2 properties and have deposited $2050 for each property dated 7-23-10.
They have claimed that they have sold our 2 timeshare units and have received deposit from the Buyer of the ist property amounting to $12,250 .
And also received from Buyer of the 2nd property $ 11,750.
Buyer & Seller agree to complete purchase on or before 9/16/2010 Allow at least 60 days after acceptance.
I called them up on Dec.28,2010 for a follow up on the contract but the number I have dialed can not be completed,please check the number and try again. I never heard from them again. All I want is the refund of $ 4,100 deposit that they asked from me as the Seller. .
