Nilton Rossoni listed and sold thousands of items on eBay. He never actually shipped the items after receiving payments. He would sell anything from books to appliances, conducting more than 5,500 eBay transactions using at least 260 different eBay accounts that resulted in about $717,000 from thousands of bidders or purchasers.
