The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals in San Francisco is runnng an "Ambush Owner Scam." It is covering up the incompetence of Judge Jay Bybee who authored the torture memos. It approves the no notice taking of real property owned by unsued owners. It approves the Eastern District Court's refusal to record or process the appeals of title owners who are subject to Judge Robert Bardwil of the Bankruptcy Court just ordering real property taken without any notice given to the owners and no rights given to them to appear and defend their property. It is a confiscation of valuable real property as in a dictarorship. It now occurs daily in the courts of Alaska, Arizona, California, Idaho, Hawaii, Montana, and Nevada.
