Mark Swinney aka Mark Swinney CSB has been indicted on several counts of indecent exposure to nine different minor boys between the ages of two to eight, solicitation of indecent oral acts to five other minors and copulation with three little boys of six years of age.
Mark Swinney aka Mark Swinney has used the indefensible excuses that all predators use-However, there is not any defense of his terrible, unconsciounable actions against the helpless little boys he has abused, traumatized, and damaged in such irreparable ways.

I believe that Teresa Violet Arasheben posted this false defamatory post about this person. She has done this to several people across this site. She has done it to me as well. She uses the same language "aka" and claims everyone are sociopaths, psychopaths, child predators, and so on. Teresa also uses the names Kathy, Tressa Arasheben, Terry Smith, Terry Raven, Terry Arasheben, and I am sure there are more. Be weary of anything posted in similar fashions as this one. She makes huge claims, but she never has any evidence to back anything up. However, if you look her name up on google and find her case numbers of all of the court cases she's been involved in, you'll see very quickly why she is doing this to people. She's been doing this as far back as 2012 to people from what I can see. I encountered her in 2017 for a short period of time before she went to prison for 2 years and then she started back up in Dec 2019. Hasn't stopped since. Until Teresa starts to post FACTUAL things with EVIDENCE, we should all take everything she posts about people with a very small grain of salt.

The above unstable woman: Tori Anne Rouse aka Tori Anne Davis aka Tori Rouse is an internet troll and a verified LIAR.
Tori Rouse aka Tori Davis is a miserable, jealous, lonely woman (Despite having a husband with whom she often poses on social media, in order to pretend otherwise), who hates people who are far more dignified, successful, stronger than herself (Although she lacks ANY dignity or strength) and goes around makes false claims and causing trouble, all day, every day.
She has been trolling the internet for several years, randomly attacking people in order to cause then harm.
She is currently a resident of Kansas, where she lives with her co-dependent husband, Trey Davis.
Tori Anne Rouse aka Tori Anne Davis also goes by the psuedonym, "Terry."
Tori Rouse aka Tori Davis and her list of other names is a disturbed, narcissistic sociopath.
Tori Anne Rouse aka Tori Anne Davis ironically has a job (Which she obtained under FALSE pretenses, while hiding her criminal record), is a child predator, herself.
She also enjoys making these claims about others, although we suspect that the man, Mark Swinney, to whom she refers in the original post, here, really is a predator (Simply do an internet search of him).

As for her other posts, on or about year 2012, even at a younger age, she had provoked internet wars with others.
One of many such examples:
She came across a woman whom she had never met before.
The woman had been a public comments forum on Youtube and had made a benigh comment about a celebrity. Tori Anne Rouse, a CRAZY FANATIC STALKER of said celebrity, attacked the woman for her comment, which had nothing to do with Tori Rouse. Creepy Tori Rouse thought she could gain a personal invitation to said celebrity's home by attacking someone for her (Insane, considering Tori Rouse is the type of weirdo people cross the street to avoid. But isn't this how all creepers are? Of course). The woman dared defend herself. And it was all war from there. Tori Rouse, in her narcissistic rage, went on a bender and, for the next several years, stalked the woman and slandered her all over the internet, with FALSE allegations, "case numbers"( Which yes, she admitted to posting, as you can see she SLIPS and refers to said "case numbers" in her above false post under "toria99"), and other defamatory claims.
Thus, it makes sense that she is the actual author of the original post here about Mark Swinney (Although that man is in fact a predator himself. Most likely, Tori Rouse has had past interactions with him { I mean, they're both child predators, so of course they would have personally interacted with each other, at some point} and those interactions resulted in the original post, which in August 2020 she came and falsely blamed on another object of her obsession).

In conclusion, birds of a feather flock together.
SO the fact that Tori Rouse aka Tori Davis aka "toria99" and Mark Swinney have bad blood makes perfect sense.
And for "toria99" aka Tori Rouse aka Tori Davis to come here and then involve anyone else, albeit unfairly and under false allegations, also makes sense.
Toxic sociopaths always make moves in this way.
