Police and Fire Federal Credit Union

The credit union had about 642 people who had zero balances on their accounts, and sold those accounts as bad debtors to Action Management Inc. for several thousand dollars. The credit union and/or Action Management then inserted "balances" on these accounts. Action Management then sued the victims for these alleged balances.

The NCUA is well aware of this, but did nothing. The FTC, and other government agencies are aware of the fraud, but did nothing.
