I upgraded my account ($200) so that I could receive my earnings faster on Nov. 3. My account finally showed that it was upgraded on Nov 8. I have requested payment 2 times (Totaling $10,000). Now I get no answer when I email them.

One of the "paid" emails they sent me states that in order to receive payment you must pay additional money. The ad for upgrading says "No hidden fees".

I made payment through paypal but they say there is no record of the payment.

My paypal receipt shows payment went to Kelin Chen.
