Derham as you can see is a well known fraudster. Do not trust him he is sneeky and owes many people money including me- thousands. He pretends to be rich but he is not. He presents an image of business experience, he has none.

How to identify Mr D -erham -urham -evereux -ereham:

He is about 6ft tall. Hunches over and is quite graceful. Softly spoken. He is however scruffy in that everything is beaten up - his mobile phones are old and shit. His laptop/s are old and shit and his general appearance is unclean. Unpolished shoes for example. He has longish white/light blond hair and piercing, cold and souless blue eyes. The most recognisable characteristic of this man is a birth mark/ slightly raised elongated mole under his left eye. Never trust him. He must be stopped as he will not stop - he is a sociopath - if you do not know what this is look it up.

He was known to be working under a company based in Fulham - AMTC LTD - whether this is a reputable company or not is unknown but judging by the premises it is questionable - 583 Fulham Road. This company claims to make huge investments but never does. It takes money in the form of £7500 deposits. Chris Derham was working closely with these people one assumes as a broker but who knows. Do not trust this company or Mr Derham - Smith O'Connor is the owner of AMTC - whether he is clean or not is questionable but you will have to go with your instinct - what I can say is that if they are clean they are utterly useless at business and do not invest.Ever. Period.


AVOID THESE PEOPLE AND THIS COMPANY. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

Have rechecked the 'Contact Us' section of the AMTC Ltd website.

The telephone number relates to ACHICA in Oldham and all of the weblinks, including the NatWest link, go through to an estate agent called Amber & Co.

Another bogus website for another bogus investment company!
Having first posted without really knowing Chris, I now would like to update on how i now precieve things.....
Chris will be the first person to stand up and say he has made mistakes!!!
He as a person in my eyes is a very nice bloke!!
He understands how things have made him look.....but lets not forget an investment carries risks.
I was totally anti Chris....but I guess it's easy to find a scape goat.
Chris is a very Geniune guy and if any of you had met the fella then I believe these posts would not exsist...
I posted reading these posts.......down the line, knowing all that these posts say....I'm telling ya he is not as its written FACT

As he's such a good bloke, is he now ready to answer my messages and refund the money / invetsment for which I never even received any documents, other than a letter thanking me for my cheque?
Add Christopher Smith-Debrett(s) to his list of alias. Anyone intereted in finding him go to Stroud Magistrates Court on 5th August where he is due to attend for driving offences

How do you know this?

I bet Dereham fails to appear and sends a message to the court that he has been rushed to hospital with some serious illness.

If he does show up, he will have to state his name and address, so it would be very interesting to know what he details he gives and which name he goes by under oath...
Seeking Justice - I you google his name Christoper Smith Debrett you will see the article nteh Gloucestershire news paper. I cant work out how to email you but happy to share further details.

This guy is a complete fraudster he promised everything and delivered nothing , i was invited to lunch at a posh hotel guess what he left without paying the story of his life ! he has conned so many people BEWARE !!!!

Does anyone have a more recent update on this? Is Smith O'Connor legitimate? Is Derham involved in AMTC?
I was scammed by Derham/Durham/Dereham and had moved on but have recently been approached indirectly by O'Connor (in the guise of AMTC) - would love to know if he is linked to Derham in any way.
Hi, Injured Party.

See my post above of 25th September 2012. AMTC website was bogus. When I called the office and asked to speak to the proprietors, the secretary was very cagey and protective. She seemed young, well-spoken, the kind of nice young lady CD et al would use to lend credibility to their operations, so beware.

Am struggling to catch PC Bev Smith of Gloucestershire Police on shift, but will keep trying.

All victims of CD MUST write to their MPs demanding police action. It is the only way to gain any momentum on this.

I would like to add my tuppence worth to any fraud investigation, but
Beverley Smith at Gloucestershire is on long-term sick leave, and her colleagues have fobbed me off with a link to the Action Fraud website.

I had an encounter with Mr Smith/Smith-Debrett et al and AMTC. I paid a "due dilegence" fee to AMTC. I have issued court proceedings for the return of the fee.

If you are able to provide details of your case, then this will be helpful in convincing the judge that AMTC's business is engaging in this kind of fraudulant activity. According to information on the Companies House, AMTC had filed papers showing they had 200m Euro of Capital at one stage. I believe this to be fraudulent.

A recent filing shows the company's capital to now be £100K. Assuming I can secure a judgement against them, and I think I will be able to do so, we will see if this really exists or not.

I obtained a County Court judgement against AMTC for the return of the fee I paid them, plus my costs and expenses. If they do not pay me, I will wind the company up.
I am in contact with others. Would be interested to know what your liabilities are?
